Your job as Lead Accounts Administrator consists out of:

• Managing the purchase order, invoice and statements flow through the business

• Assist and train the administration trainee

• Prepare and reconcile monthly credit card statements

• Daily bank reconciliations and approve payments

• Plan calendar for payments and work closely with the CFO on cashflow

• Support and assist the safety culture of our organisation.

To become our new Lead Accounts Administrator you need to have:

• Experience in an office environment 

• Experience with safety procedures/policies (desirable, not essential)

• A problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.
